Amanda and Legend are the co-founders of 300 Letters, a Miami-based nonprofit that provides therapy, coaching, and community support for families impacted by incarceration. 

 

Inspired by their own journey through the federal justice system—Amanda and Legend who were both incarcerated at the same time, leaving behind their eldest son and learning a new son was on the way 2 weeks into their sentence. 300 Letters is focused on creating and maintaining the bond between recently released parents and their children. Their mission is to help families recover from the trauma of incarceration and yo treat incarceration as a family affair by providing emotional support, financial relief, resources and confidence to the families that have been impacted by the criminal justice system.
